Job Title: Patching/Re-Patching Engineer
Location: Manchester
Rate: £25.20 p/hour
Are you a Patching Engineer available for night shifts in Manchester? We’re recruiting for a project involving equipment swaps and full cabinet repatching in a comms room environment. You’ll need solid patching experience and confidence working unsupervised in data cabinet environments.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Night shift patching work in live comms rooms
- Swapping equipment across multiple racks
- Repatching and cable management to standard
Experience required:
- Proven experience in patching/repatching work
- Familiarity with structured cabling in comms environments
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- No certification required
- Standard hand tools and termination tools
- PPE not required
