£50,000 – £65,000 per annum plus £6,000 car allowance
Technical Resources are recruiting for an experienced Passive Fire Project Manager to join a leading fire safety and compliance organisation delivering high-quality passive fire protection projects across London.
Responsibilities :

Manage and deliver multiple passive fire protection projects, including fire door and fire stopping installations.

Take ownership of project budgets, scheduling, and profit & loss performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Oversee planning, resource allocation, and risk management across projects.

Ensure all installations comply with fire safety legislation, standards, and accreditations.

Lead site teams and subcontractors, maintaining a focus on quality and compliance.

Report regularly on project progress, performance, and financials to senior management.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Proven experience managing passive fire protection projects (fire doors, fire stopping).

Strong commercial and financial management skills, including P&L accountability.

Comprehensive understanding of fire safety regulations and compliance standards.

Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to tight deadlines.
