£50,000 to £65,000 per annum plus £6,000 car allowance
Technical Resources is seeking an experienced Passive Fire Project Manager to oversee and deliver multiple fire door and fire stopping projects across London. This role is ideal for a commercially minded project manager who combines strong leadership and technical knowledge with hands-on experience in passive fire protection. You’ll take full profit and loss responsibility, manage client relationships, and ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple passive fire protection projects, including fire door installations and fire stopping works.
- Take full ownership of project budgets, scheduling, and financial performance.
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and compliance.
- Oversee resource allocation, risk management, and project planning.
- Ensure all works meet fire safety regulations , industry standards, and certification requirements.
- Conduct client meetings and maintain strong relationships through clear, proactive communication.
- Prepare and present progress and financial reports to senior management.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven experience managing passive fire projects (fire doors, fire stopping, compartmentation).
- Strong financial and commercial management skills, including P&L accountability.
- Excellent client-facing and communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
