Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 per annum

Are you an experienced P6 Planner looking to support major utility and security infrastructure projects? As a P6 Planner, you will play a key role in developing and managing compliant project schedules across EICA and multidisciplinary engineering works. You will be working for a specialist security and access control contractor delivering projects within major UK utility frameworks.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain compliant project schedules using Primavera P6, incorporating scope, time, cost and quality requirements
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, engineering teams and subcontractors to produce realistic programmes and track progress
  • Conduct critical path analysis, earned value management and risk assessments to identify programme risks and opportunities
  • Produce detailed reports, S-curves, KPIs and client-facing presentations
  • Manage multiple live schedules, oversee change control and support tender submissions
  • Ensure planning accounts for health, safety, quality, resource and cost impacts
  • Support project delivery teams in maintaining contractual compliance

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Proven planning experience within EICA, engineering or multidisciplinary project environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel for programme analysis and reporting
  • Working knowledge of NEC3 or NEC4 contracts and earned value analysis
  • Strong communication skills with experience in presenting schedules to stakeholders and clients
  • HNC or Degree in a relevant discipline, QCF Diploma Level 3 or 5 in Planning, or APMP Practitioner
  • Craft background with CPD in planning or engineering (desirable)
  • Experience working within utility or security frameworks and coordinating subcontractors
