Technical Resources are excited to be partnering with a well-respected security solutions provider, who have been established for almost 30 years. They an NSI-gold accredited provider, who boast working with a number of prestigious clients, a lot of which is in the critical infrastructure space. Due to expansion, they are recruiting a Operations/Service Coordinator to join their team in Wakefield.
Responsibilities :
- Booking Service and Installation Engineers into service & maintenance jobs and coordinate maintenance works.
- Callout rota coordination.
- Liaising with customers and Engineers to arrange Engineers access to site.
- Procurement / Ordering parts and materials for jobs.
- Taking inbound calls from customers/clients.
- Assisting Operations Manager and other staff with proof-reading of documents before submittal.
- General administrative duties that may rise.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in Engineering or similar.
- Happy to be office-based
- Strong IT skills
- Good organisation.
