Role: Non Working Supervisor - Fire Sprinklers
Location: London
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Technical Resources are recruiting for a Non-Working Supervisor to join a leading fire protection contractor working across major sprinkler installation projects in London. You’ll work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and Project Engineer to oversee the day-to-day supervision and coordination of site-based sprinkler pipework teams.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee fabrication and installation of sprinkler pipework
- Maintain accurate site records, diaries and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with issued method statements and risk assessments
- Read and interpret drawings, ensuring adherence to quality standards and design
- Support with testing and commissioning activities
- Supervise and guide mates, improvers and trainees on-site
- Work collaboratively as part of a team on live construction projects
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Solid understanding of construction sites and sprinkler system installations
- Previous experience in fire sprinkler projects
- Valid CSCS Card
- Team player with good communication skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- SSSTS (preferred)
- Sprinkler NVQ Level 2 (preferred)
