Role: National Fire Systems Manager
Location: North West
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + Bonus + Car Allowance (£75k OTE)
Technical Resources are recruiting fot a National Fire Systems Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 30 personnel, including Project Managers, Engineers, and Office Staff, while managing fire-related operations to ensure alignment with business goals set by senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of 30 personnel, including Project Managers, Engineers, and Office Staff.
- Manage fire-related operations within the company, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Set clear departmental objectives, motivate and guide the team to meet performance targets.
- Analyse processes and propose innovative improvements to increase efficiency.
- Provide training for new and current team members, supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts.
- Develop budgets and identify strategies for business growth, with a focus on assessing P&L data.
- Meet regularly with clients and senior management to report on progress and ensure service quality.
- Network with key stakeholders to retain current clients and acquire new business.
- Uphold Health & Safety standards in line with company guidelines and promote awareness within the team.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Industry qualifications (e.g., FIA).
- Over 5 years of Project Management experience.
- Knowledge of CITB SMSTS or SSSTS certifications.
- Experience managing large teams across multiple locations.
- Health & Safety awareness.
