Role: Key Account Manager
Location: Midlands
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + Commission + Car or Car Allowance
As a Key Account Manager, you will be working for a major national fire and security provider undergoing rapid expansion. You will manage existing key client accounts, ensure exceptional service delivery, and drive new business development. A background in Fire & Life Safety is ideal, with experience across intruder, CCTV, and access control systems advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing key client accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
- Upsell additional products and services within existing accounts
- Proactively develop new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key client contacts
- Attend client visits and meetings to maintain and grow accounts
- Participate in occasional office meetings with the sales team
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Previous experience as an Account Manager or Business Development Manager
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- Experience in Fire & Life Safety, intruder, CCTV, or access control – desirable
