: Junior AV Installation Engineer

£24,000 to £25,000 per annum
Technical Resources is working with a leading AV Technology company that, due to continued growth, is looking to recruit a Junior Installation Engineer. As a Junior Installation Engineer, you will work alongside a Senior Engineer, gaining hands-on experience and training on live installation projects. You’ll assist in the installation, setup, and testing of AV systems while learning key skills in fault-finding, cabling, and system configuration.
Responsibilities :
- System cabling and installation of mounts, screens, and other pieces of equipment.
- Installation and setting up of video conferencing units and video walls.
- Testing audio, visual and communication quality on installation and fine-tuning for optimum result.
- Working alongside audio and control programmers to deliver a full solution to our clients.
- Good knowledge of professional audio setups is highly beneficial as it’s something we specialise in.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- A keen interest in technology.
- A desire to learn and progress into a new and growing industry.
- A ‘can-do’ attitude and a positive approach.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office and generally competent with computers.
