Job Title: Help Desk Support
Location: London

Rate: £190 p/day

Are you an experienced Help Desk Support professional looking for your next opportunity in central London? This role offers the chance to join a busy IT support team providing front-line assistance to staff, logging and managing support tickets, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently. Experience in retail IT environments will be highly beneficial.

Description of contract/programme of works:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to staff.

  • Log incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.

  • Assign tasks to appropriate team members and monitor progress.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Maintain clear communication with users to ensure timely resolution.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience in a help desk or IT support role.

  • Good understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with ticketing or ITSM systems.

  • Experience in the retail sector (preferred).
