Are you an experienced Help Desk Support professional looking for your next opportunity in central London? This role offers the chance to join a busy IT support team providing front-line assistance to staff, logging and managing support tickets, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently. Experience in retail IT environments will be highly beneficial.
Description of contract/programme of works:

Provide 1st and 2nd line support to staff.

Log incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.

Assign tasks to appropriate team members and monitor progress.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently and professionally.

Maintain clear communication with users to ensure timely resolution.
Experience required:

Proven experience in a help desk or IT support role.

Good understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting.

Familiarity with ticketing or ITSM systems.

Experience in the retail sector (preferred).
