Job Title: Help Desk Support
Location: London
Rate: £120 p/day
Are you looking for a Help Desk Support position in London? As a Help Desk Support team member, you will be responsible for logging issues raised by staff members, delegating the tasks to the appropriate team members, and providing 1st and 2nd line support. This is an excellent opportunity for those with basic IT knowledge and ticketing system experience.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Log issues raised by staff members.
- Delegate tasks and tickets to the appropriate team member.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal teams.
Experience required:
- Basic IT knowledge.
- Experience using a ticketing system.
- Experience working within the Retail Sector (Preferred).
