£65,000 to £68,000 per annum + Bonus + Car allowance
Technical Resources are working with a leading security company that specialises in electronic security who are currently looking to hire a Head of Service to lead a high-performing service team. The role oversees service delivery, people leadership, and P&L ownership in a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities :
- Lead a service organisation including two Regional Service Managers and one Service Desk Manager.
- Serve as a point of escalation for service issues to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- Report to company directors with updates on operational performance, risks, and improvements.
- Own commercial and financial performance, including forecasting and margin control.
- Drive recruitment to meet growth and coverage needs across service functions.
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to develop team capability and succession.
- Champion process improvement and service excellence across field and office operations.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Experience in a similar leadership position within service management.
- Background may be office-based or field-based; technical expertise is not mandatory.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills capable of engaging stakeholders and customers.
- Demonstrated people leadership, proven success in managing and developing managers.
