Job Title: Gent Commissioning Engineer
Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Rate: £300 p/day
Are you looking for a Gent Commissioning Engineer position working in Stockton-on-Tees? As a Gent Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for making configuration adjustments, tweaking cause and effect, and allocating loops on Gent fire alarm systems. You will be working alongside an on-site commissioning engineer who is handling the main cause and effect writing.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Commissioning and configuration of Gent fire alarm systems
- Tweaks to cause and effect programming as required
- Loop allocation on installed systems
- Working on Xtralis ASD, Gent, and Baldwin PA systems
Experience required:
- Extensive experience commissioning Gent fire alarm systems
- Strong understanding of Gent configuration and loop allocation
- Familiarity with Xtralis ASD and Baldwin PA systems (beneficial)
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS card (essential)
- Hand tools and full PPE
- Gent software and access codes
