Are you an experienced General Manager within the Fire and Security industry looking to take full operational control of a growing regional business? As a General Manager in the North-West, you will oversee both projects and service divisions, drive regional growth, and lead a well-established team.
Responsibilities :
● Overseeing the day-to-day running of the projects and service divisions
● Driving business growth and increasing regional revenue
● Managing a team of 25 personnel, including Service Managers, Account Managers, Engineers, and office staff
● Maintaining and developing relationships with key customers and prospective clients
● Ensuring full Health & Safety compliance and retention of required business certifications
● Supporting recruitment across all departments
● Attending and contributing to senior management meetings
Experience and Certifications Required:
● Previous experience in an Operations Manager or General Manager role within the Fire and Security industry
● Strong commercial awareness with experience driving revenue growth
● Understanding of sales and account management
● Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
