Are you looking for a Fire and Security Service Manager position? As a Fire and Security Service Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of all fire and security service and project works, ensuring that all jobs are planned, resourced, and completed on time to the highest standard of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :

Oversee all fire and security service and installation operations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Plan and schedule daily workloads, allocate resources, and manage engineer performance.

Lead and develop a team of 12 engineers (6 service, 6 installation) and administrative staff.

Monitor key performance indicators, including response times, first-time fix rates, and service revenue.

Conduct audits and ensure compliance with NSI Gold accreditation and relevant British Standards (BS 5839, BS EN 50131).

Provide technical support and act as the main escalation point for engineers and clients.

Drive continuous improvement through productivity initiatives, cost control, and staff training.

Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Support commercial growth, new client onboarding, and align operational capacity with business objectives.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial role within the Fire and Security industry.

Strong technical knowledge of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and emergency lighting systems.

FIA Level 6 or equivalent qualification in fire detection and alarm systems.

Excellent understanding of NSI Gold standards and relevant British Standards.

Proven ability to manage budgets, deliver KPIs, and implement performance improvements.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Proficient with service management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
