: Fire/Electrical Supervisor

£36,000 - £39,000 per annum
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Fire/Electrical Supervisor to lead and coordinate fire alarm and electrical system installations and maintenance across a range of commercial and residential projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role within a growing team, ensuring high-quality, safe, and compliant project delivery.
Responsibilities :

Supervise and manage engineers on fire alarm and electrical installation and service works

Conduct quality control checks and verify system performance

Plan resource scheduling, manage tool and material allocation

Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery

Review and approve RAMS, work reports, test sheets, and compliance documentation

Deliver toolbox talks, site inductions, and ensure adherence to Health & Safety protocols

Assist with system testing, commissioning support, and technical problem-solving

Ensure BAFE, NICEIC or other accreditation standards are maintained throughout works
Experience and Certifications Required:
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in fire alarm and/or electrical installations

Previous team lead or supervisory experience – essential

Strong technical understanding of fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and electrical installations

Ability to read and interpret electrical/fire schematics and technical drawings

Excellent planning, organisation, and client liaison skills

Ability to conduct performance reviews and provide training or mentoring to engineers
