Location: London
Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Fire Systems professional looking to step into a high-impact leadership role? As a Fire Systems Field Line Manager, you will oversee field operations across the London region, ensuring your engineering team delivers exceptional service, meets compliance standards, and strengthens long-term client relationships. You will be working for a well-established fire and security provider with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality solutions across the UK.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships through regular review meetings
  • Manage and coordinate the daily duties and performance of an engineering team
  • Take ownership of allocated key accounts and service contracts
  • Work closely with the operations and administration team to support efficient service delivery
  • Oversee all works in your region, including RAMS, first-time fix rates, deadline adherence, planned maintenance, remedial work,s and real-time documentation submissions
  • Manage and monitor job budgets, providing justification for increases or variations
  • Carry out engineer audits, including PDA usage, paperwork checks, timesheet and mileage records, and vehicle inspections
  • Undertake client site audits, reviewing O&Ms and site documentation
  • Monitor supplier and subcontractor costs within the region
  • Identify training needs in line with accreditation requirements and industry standards
  • Produce monthly and ad-hoc reports for management
  • Conduct engineer appraisals and probation reviews

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Demonstrable experience in the fire systems industry in a supervisory or management role
  • Background in customer-facing environments with strong communication and client management skills
  • Proven people-management experience with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Professional, organised, and committed to high-quality service delivery
