Are you an experienced Fire & Security professional with strong estimating and team management experience? We are seeking a proactive Manager to join our client. You will play a key role in preparing quotations, scheduling and managing engineers, maintaining project documentation, and supporting business development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both technical estimating and hands-on coordination.
Responsibilities :

Prepare accurate quotations and estimates for fire alarm and fire extinguisher projects.

Schedule and coordinate engineers’ workloads, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Manage project spreadsheets, cost control, schedules, and documentation.

Supervise and support engineers, ensuring quality standards are met.

Conduct site surveys and meet clients to assess requirements and present solutions.

Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Support business development, tenders, and client relationship management.

Ensure compliance with fire safety standards and regulations.

Resolve scheduling and resource allocation issues as needed.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Strong experience with fire alarm and fire extinguisher systems (installation, maintenance, or project management).

Background in estimating, quoting, and cost analysis for fire safety projects.

Proven ability to schedule, manage, and supervise engineering teams.

Proficient in spreadsheets and project documentation.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
-
Organised, detail-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Business development experience is highly desirable.
