Role: Fire Service Manager
Location: South East
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Technical Resources are recruiting for a Fire Service Manager in the South East with a strong background in managing fire service departments, and experience in security. This role is focused on leading service delivery, supporting engineers, and maintaining high client satisfaction as the business expands.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the fire and security service department
- Lead, support, and develop a team of engineers and service staff
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high standards of service delivery
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works
- Monitor and improve service KPIs and customer satisfaction levels
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Demonstrable experience managing a fire service department, with security experience being advantageous
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent client-facing and relationship-building abilities
- In-depth knowledge of compliance and industry regulations
- Car or car allowance provided, with the potential for additional incentives/bonus if required
