Role: Fire Service Manager
Location: South East
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Fire Service Manager with a robust background in managing fire service departments, and ideally, experience in security as well. This role is crucial in leading the day-to-day service operations, supporting engineers, and ensuring top-notch client satisfaction as business expands in the South East.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the fire and security service department.
- Lead, support, and develop a team of engineers and service staff to achieve department goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high service standards are maintained.
- Coordinate both planned and reactive maintenance works.
- Monitor and actively improve service KPIs, ensuring customer satisfaction is met or exceeded.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven experience managing a fire service department.
- Experience in security systems is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client-facing and relationship-building abilities.
- A sound understanding of compliance, regulations, and industry standards.
- Car or car allowance provided. Incentives and bonus structures may be offered.
