Job Title: Fire Service Engineer
Location: West Midlands
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you looking for a Fire Alarm Service Engineer position working in the West Midlands? As a Fire Alarm Service Engineer, you will be responsible for reactive fault-finding and planned maintenance on a range of fire alarm systems across the region. You will be working for a respected contractor delivering essential fire safety services across residential and commercial sites.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- PPMs and reactive maintenance on conventional and addressable fire alarm systems
- Systems include Gent, Morley and Kentec
- Working across multiple sites in the West Midlands and surrounding counties
Experience required:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience servicing fire alarms and emergency lighting
- Familiarity with Gent, Kentec, and Morley systems
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- Fire testing kit (essential)
- Hand tools and power tools
- Full PPE
- Own car or van
- Smart phone (required for reporting and comms)
