Job Title: Fire Service Engineer
Location: North London
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you looking for a Fire Service Engineer position working in North London? As a Fire Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out regular testing and replacements of emergency lighting across multiple sites. You will be working for a reputable contractor specialising in fire safety compliance.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Conduct up to 20 emergency lighting flick tests per day
- Carry out replacements where required
- Work across a portfolio of sites in the North London area
- Monthly and quarterly testing schedules
Experience required:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience testing and replacing emergency lighting systems
- Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- DBS (beneficial)
- ECS card (beneficial)
- Electrical qualifications (beneficial)
- Hand tools and power tools
- Steps and ladders
- Full PPE
