£35,000 to £40,000 per annum
Technical Resources are currently recruiting for a Fire & Security Service Engineer to join a market-leading life safety and security systems company. You'll be working on a wide variety of commercial and residential systems, providing first-class service to clients across the region.
You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and supporting fire detection, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems in line with current industry standards and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities :

Service and maintain a broad range of Fire & Security systems across your assigned patch

Respond to both planned and reactive service calls, providing timely and efficient support

Fault-find and carry out system repairs as necessary

Communicate clearly with clients regarding service status and site access

Keep accurate records and service reports

Manage van stock with support from the logistics and stores team

Attend engineering meetings and product training sessions regularly

Identify and pursue opportunities for professional development
Experience and Certifications Required:
-
Background in electrical or electronic engineering

Minimum 2 years’ experience in servicing Fire and/or Security systems

Strong technical skills and ability to work independently

Excellent organisation and time management skills

Good communication skills with a professional and customer-focused attitude

Full UK driving licence (essential)
