Responsibilities :
● Service, maintain, and repair Fire & Security systems in line with legislation and customer requirements
● Respond to planned maintenance and reactive service calls
● Communicate clearly with clients to arrange and confirm visits
● Manage your own schedule and update internal systems accurately
● Maintain service vehicle stock levels
● Attend regular training and team meetings
● Identify opportunities for self-development and improved customer outcomes
Experience and Certifications Required:
● A solid background in electrical or electronic engineering
● Previous experience in a field-based service/maintenance role
● Excellent problem-solving skills and time management
● A professional, customer-facing approach
● Full UK driving licence
