: Fire & Security Service Engineer

Salary:
£35,000 to £40,000 per annum
As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and fault response across a variety of fire and security systems within your assigned area. Your role is essential in ensuring system reliability, regulatory compliance, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :

Service and maintain Fire & Security systems within your region

Respond promptly to both reactive and scheduled service calls

Plan and coordinate site visits with customers, ensuring clear communication

Maintain accurate stock levels with support from the logistics team

Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings

Identify and communicate personal training needs to support continual improvement
Experience and Certifications Required:
-
A solid technical background in electrical or electronic systems
-
Proven experience with Fire & Security systems
-
Field-based service experience or previous customer-facing roles (preferred)

Strong communication and organisational skills
-
A professional, dependable, and well-presented approach
-
A passion for delivering service excellence
-
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
