: Fire & Security Service Engineer

Salary:
£35,000 to £40,000 per annum
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our growing technical team. In this field-based role, you’ll be delivering high-quality maintenance and service support across a range of client sites, ensuring system reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :

Service, maintain, and fault-find on Fire and Security systems in your allocated region

Attend both reactive and planned maintenance visits in line with SLAs and industry standards

Communicate professionally with clients to arrange site access and provide status updates

Manage van stock and replenishment with support from internal logistics teams

Attend technical training sessions and team meetings when required

Proactively identify personal development needs and training opportunities
Experience and Certifications Required:
-
A solid technical background in the electrical or electronic industry

Proven experience maintaining and fault-finding on Fire & Security systems
-
Previous experience in a field-based or customer-facing role (preferred)

Strong time management and organisational skills

A presentable, professional, and customer-focused approach

Full UK driving licence (essential)
