: Fire & Security Project Manager

Are you an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager looking for a role offering autonomy, flexibility, and progression? We are recruiting for a well-established and forward-thinking Fire & Security contractor with a strong Midlands presence. With major projects launching in early 2026, they are seeking a Project Manager to take ownership of key regional projects.
Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple Fire & Security installation projects from handover to completion
- Plan and coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors to meet programme deadlines
- Act as the primary client contact throughout the full project lifecycle
- Monitor project costs, variations, and overall commercial performance
- Liaise with design and commissioning teams to ensure technical compliance
- Conduct regular site visits across the Midlands to review progress and H&S compliance
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and handover packs
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, including BS 5839 and NSI/BSIA codes
- Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and lessons learned
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven experience managing Fire & Security installation projects
- Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder systems
- Working knowledge or exposure to Fire Alarm systems
- Good commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and subcontractors
- Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills
- Competent in using Microsoft Project or similar planning tools
- Full UK Driving Licence
