£40,000 to £55,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Project Engineer to oversee the delivery of installation and commissioning projects across Surrey and London. This dynamic role combines hands-on technical expertise with project coordination and team leadership, ensuring all works are completed to the highest quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end delivery of fire and security system projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget.

Lead and coordinate engineering teams and subcontractors across multiple sites.

Provide technical support for fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder, and suppression systems.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain progress and resolve issues.

Conduct site inspections, commissioning, and troubleshooting as required.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance requirements at all stages.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, risk assessments, and project reports.

Manage resource allocation, including labour, materials, and subcontractor activities.

Provide regular project updates to management and clients.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven experience in fire and security project engineering or a related technical role.
- Strong understanding of fire protection and electronic security standards and regulations.
- Confident in managing multiple concurrent projects and diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient with technical documentation and project management tools.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London and the South East.
