: Fire & Security Operations Manager

£55,000 to £60,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Fire & Security professional based in the Midlands looking to step into a leadership role where you can shape a growing division? As an Operations Manager, you will oversee Fire & Security projects across installation, service, and maintenance, leading engineers and driving operational performance. You will be working for a growing electrical contractor expanding its Fire & Security division, with a strong focus on CCTV and ambitious plans to broaden its fire and security offering.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage Fire & Security engineers across projects and service activities.
- Drive operational performance, scheduling, and effective resource planning.
- Oversee quality standards, compliance, and health & safety across all works.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to engineers.
- Support the development and expansion of Fire & Security services.
- Monitor project costs, programme progress, and client satisfaction.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors as required.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- A proven background in Fire & Security operations or engineering management.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, fire alarms, intruder alarms, and access control systems.
- Background in building systems or electrical engineering preferred.
- Confident leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Midlands-based with flexibility to travel to the site.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
