: Fire & Security General Manager

£60,000 to £70,000 + car allowance + Bonus
Technical Resources are working with a leading provider within the fire and security market who offer solutions through a network of specialist brands and highly trained engineers. They deliver end-to-end services from system design and installation to ongoing compliance and maintenance. Due to growth they are looking to recruit a General Manager to oversee and manage the Operations, Projects and Service & Maintenance departments.
Responsibilities :
● Lead and manage daily operations across multiple departments
● Drive delivery of projects on time and within budget
● Motivate and manage direct reports to ensure high performance and accountability
● Ensure operational compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
● Maintain oversight of SLA performance and client satisfaction
● Work closely with the MD on business strategy, reporting, and continuous improvement
● Review financials regularly—monitoring payments, cashflow, and cost efficiency
● Champion process improvements across the organisation
Experience and Certifications Required:
● Fire & Security industry experience is essential
● Demonstrated success in a senior or general management position
● Strong commercial, operational, and financial understanding
● Track record of building and leading high-performing teams
● Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
