Role: Fire Project Manager
Location: London
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + Company Car/Allowance + 25 days holiday
Technical Resources are recruiting for a Fire Project Manager to join an expanding team. The role will be a mixture of home and site-based.
Responsibilities:
- Running a mixture of smaller and large-scale commercial projects across the South-East of England, values up to £500,000.
- Managing sub-contractors on-site.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports with regard to project updates whilst ensuring quality of work is maintained on site.
- P&L responsibility.
- Providing Technical Support to customers where necessary.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Previous experience running larger Fire Alarm projects.
- Technical background within Fire Alarm industry.
- BAFE, FIA knowledge.
