: Fire Project / Contracts Manager
Location:
South-East – Predominantly remote.
Salary:
up to £65,000 per annum + Car Allowance
Are you looking for a Fire Project / Contracts Manager role based in the South-East, with the flexibility of working predominantly from home? As a Fire Project / Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing high-value fire alarm projects from inception through to completion. You will be working for a long-established, Gent-approved fire alarm specialist that is continuing to expand across the UK.
This role would suit an experienced Fire Alarm Project Manager or Contracts Manager who is career-driven and looking to progress into a more senior leadership role within a growing business.
Responsibilities :
- Managing multiple live fire alarm projects from start to finish, with individual project values up to £2m
- Full P&L responsibility across projects
- Managing and coordinating subcontract labour
- Supporting the design and planning phases of projects
- Reviewing and approving quotations and tender documentation
- Occasional site visits across London and the South-East, with some office attendance as required
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven experience managing Fire Alarm projects or operating at the Operations Manager level
- Strong understanding of fire alarm systems and project delivery
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Commercial awareness, including budget and cost control
- Career-focused mindset with ambitions to progress into a senior role
