Are you looking for a Fire Project Manager position working in Manchester? As a Fire Project Manager, you will oversee fire installation projects, manage engineering teams, ensure programme delivery, and maintain compliance across assigned sites. You will be working for a leading fire and security contractor delivering large-scale installation and upgrade works across commercial premises.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Managing fire alarm installation projects from inception to completion
- Overseeing engineers on site and ensuring works are delivered to specification
- Liaising with stakeholders, contractors, and the in-house engineering team
- Ensuring all documentation, compliance, and health & safety requirements are met
Experience required:
- A minimum of 3 years in fire project management
- Experience delivering fire alarm installation projects
- Strong understanding of BS5839 and project delivery processes
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS/CSCS
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Full PPE and standard site equipment
