Role: Fire Project Manager
Location: London
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Technical Resources are looking for a skilled Fire Project Manager to oversee and manage fire system projects across London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a proven track record in the fire industry and strong project management skills. The duration of the projects ranges from 1 year to 18 months, so we are seeking candidates who are committed and not prone to moving quickly between roles.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage fire system projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all stages of the project
- Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
- Conduct site surveys and risk assessments to ensure the project meets all required specifications
- Lead and supervise engineering teams on-site, ensuring high standards of performance
- Monitor and report on project progress and KPIs to ensure everything stays on track
- Handle P&L responsibilities for projects
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients and internal team members
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven experience in the fire industry, with a strong track record of managing fire system projects
- Previous experience running projects (a step-up candidate with relevant experience may also be considered)
- FIA qualification (beneficial but not essential)
- Located in or around London (preference for candidates from North or West London, Kent, or Essex)
