Role: Fire Project Manager
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Technical Resources are looking to recruit a Fire Project Manager to oversee commercial fire safety projects across London.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end delivery of fire safety projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards
- Lead project teams and coordinate with stakeholders across all phases of fire protection system installations or upgrades
- Plan, execute, and manage fire safety projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
- Conduct site visits and manage change orders.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports.
- Maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the team.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within the fire safety or fire protection industry.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure.
- Knowledge of budgeting, risk assessment, and procurement.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
