Job Title: Fire Installation Engineer
Location: Newcastle
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you an experienced Fire Installation Engineer based in Newcastle? We are seeking a Fire Installation Engineer to complete the first, second fixing, and commissioning of C-Tec fire alarms on a fixed site. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise to a key project, working with a dynamic team in a structured environment.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- First and second fixing of C-Tec fire alarm systems.
- Commissioning variations and additions to the current conventional fire alarm system.
- The work will be completed over several days, including:
- Friday: First Fix
- Monday: First Fix
- Tuesday: Second Fix
- Wednesday: Second Fix
- Thursday: Second Fix
- Friday: Commissioning
Experience required:
- Extensive experience with conventional fire alarm systems.
- Proven ability to handle first, second fixing, and commissioning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- IPAF Licence (Essential).
- Hand tools and power tools provided by the contractor.
- Full PPE required.
