Job Title: Fire Installation Engineer
Location: London
Rate: £220 p/day
We are seeking a Fire Installation Engineer to join a major commercial installation project in Kings Cross. The role involves both first and second fix installations, working with Advanced addressable fire panels using Apollo protocol. There is significant tube work involved, and while you’ll handle installation, commissioning is not required—this will be managed by in-house engineers.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- 1st and 2nd fix of addressable fire alarm devices
- Extensive conduit/tube installation across various site locations
- System type: Advanced panels with Apollo protocol
- Work based entirely on a single site in Kings Cross
- No commissioning responsibilities
Experience required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience installing addressable fire alarm systems
- Confident in conduit/tube installation
- Familiarity with Advanced and Apollo systems is beneficial
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS or CSCS card (essential)
- ECS certification accepted
- Hand tools, power tools, full PPE
