Job Title: Fire Installation Engineer
Location: Ipswich
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you a qualified Fire Installation Engineer based near Ipswich? We're recruiting for an experienced individual to carry out the installation of addressable fire alarm systems and fire cannon data cabling on a commercial site. This includes containment, wiring call points, and sounders, working with Advanced fire panels.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Installing containment and running fire alarm/data cabling
- Wiring of call points and sounders for Advanced fire alarm system
- Supporting the setup of fire cannons through structured data cabling
Experience required:
- Extensive experience in fire alarm system installation
- Confident working with Advanced panels and addressable systems
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS card (required)
- IPAF licence (required)
- Hand tools, power tools, and full PPE
