Job Title: Fire Installation Engineer
Location: Greenwich
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you looking for a Fire Installation Engineer role in Greenwich? As a Fire Installation Engineer, you will be carrying out 1st and 2nd fix installation of an Advanced fire alarm system, including rewiring loops and assisting with programming under the guidance of a lead engineer on site.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- 1st and 2nd fix installation of Advanced fire alarm system
- Reprogramming and rewiring of detection loops
- Support lead engineer with commissioning preparation
Experience required:
- A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience installing fire alarm systems
- Familiarity with addressable systems – Advanced preferred
- Comfortable with rewiring and programming assistance
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS or CSCS card – essential
- IPAF – at least one operative on site must hold
- Own hand tools and power tools
- Stepladders and full PPE
