Rate: £330 p/day
Are you a Fire Project Manager looking for your next contract? As a Fire Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing fire detection installation projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly, and within agreed time frames. You will be working for an established fire and security contractor delivering compliant fire alarm installations.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Directly overseeing the installation team on-site
- Delivering projects within agreed time constraints
- Verifying delivery of all parts and materials
- Ensuring installations are compliant and completed in line with quotations
- Creating RAMS and Programmes of Work (POW)
- Attending progress meetings with stakeholders
- Carrying out snagging and managing the handover process
Experience required:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Fire Project Management
- Strong knowledge of BS5839 and conducting site audits
- Experience working with addressable fire alarm systems
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- SSSTS
- Own phone and laptop
- Own vehicle
