Job Title: Fire Commissioning Engineer
Location: London
Rate: £370 p/day
Are you looking for a Fire Commissioning Engineer position working in London? As a Fire Commissioning Engineer, you will be carrying out an in-depth conditional survey and extraction of system data to support an upgrade of fire detection systems at a large public site. This role requires strong knowledge of Notifier systems and commissioning processes.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Conduct a full conditional survey of an existing Notifier system
- Extract full panel downloads from five panels
- Produce a comprehensive list of system faults and isolations
- Collaborate with on-site engineers to interpret system data and assess system health
Experience required:
- A minimum of 5 years in fire alarm commissioning roles
- Strong experience with fault finding and programming on Notifier systems
- Ability to interpret system logs and performance data
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- Proficiency with Notifier ID3000 software – essential
- ECS card – essential
- Own laptop with relevant software installed
- Full PPE
