Job Title: Fire Commissioning Engineer
Location: London
Rate: £310 p/day
Are you a seasoned Fire Commissioning Engineer based in London? We’re recruiting for a skilled professional with experience commissioning Notifier and ESP Edwards systems to work on high-spec fit-out projects across the capital. This role includes fault finding, system configuration, and building cause and effect matrices — working as part of a wider team on-site.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Commissioning and fault finding on Notifier and ESP Edwards systems (50/50 split)
- Occasional work on Advanced and Kentec panels
- Marking up drawings and completing cause and effect configuration
- Collaborating closely with other engineers on fit-out projects
- Occasional out-of-hours work in banks and offices (paid additionally)
Experience required:
- Extensive experience in fire alarm commissioning
- Familiarity with Notifier, ESP Edwards, and ideally Advanced/Kentec systems
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS card (essential)
- Hand tools, laptop, and full PPE
