£38,000 to £42,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Fire and Security Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career? As a Fire and Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing installation and maintenance activities across multiple sites, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate teams, manage site operations, and act as the key point of contact between engineers, project managers, and clients.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise day-to-day operations on fire and security projects across commercial and residential sites.
- Coordinate engineering teams and subcontractors to deliver works on time and within specification.
- Carry out site inspections, snagging, and ensure compliance with health & safety requirements.
- Support commissioning and handover of completed systems.
- Attend site meetings and provide progress reports to project management.
- Promote safe working practices and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in fire and security installation or service environments.
- Previous experience supervising engineering teams or site operations.
- Strong technical understanding of fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder systems.
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
- ECS/CSCS Supervisor Card.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
