Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: UK Wide
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you a Fire and Security Service Engineer looking for your next contract? As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, you will be expected to carry out servicing, maintenance, and reactive callouts across fire and security systems. You will be working for a respected contractor delivering nationwide service support.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Service and maintain fire and security systems across multiple sites
- Respond to reactive and planned service calls in line with customer requirements and current standards
- Maintain effective communication with clients when planning site visits
- Ensure stock and materials are maintained to complete works efficiently
- Attend training sessions and engineering meetings as required
- Support the wider team by identifying development or training needs
Experience required:
- Technical background in the electrical/electronic industry
- Strong knowledge of fire and security systems across service and maintenance
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred
- Excellent organisational skills with a professional and presentable approach
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS Card (preferred)
- Hand tools and power tools
- PPE
- Steps and ladders
