Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer

Location: UK Wide

Rate: £220 p/day

Are you a Fire and Security Service Engineer looking for your next contract? As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, you will be expected to carry out servicing, maintenance, and reactive callouts across fire and security systems. You will be working for a respected contractor delivering nationwide service support.

Description of contract/programme of works:

  • Service and maintain fire and security systems across multiple sites
  • Respond to reactive and planned service calls in line with customer requirements and current standards
  • Maintain effective communication with clients when planning site visits
  • Ensure stock and materials are maintained to complete works efficiently
  • Attend training sessions and engineering meetings as required
  • Support the wider team by identifying development or training needs

Experience required:

  • Technical background in the electrical/electronic industry
  • Strong knowledge of fire and security systems across service and maintenance
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred
  • Excellent organisational skills with a professional and presentable approach
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service

Required documentation/certifications/tooling:

  • ECS Card (preferred)
  • Hand tools and power tools
  • PPE
  • Steps and ladders
