Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Swindon / Reading and surrounding regions
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you an experienced Fire amd Security Engineer with strong servicing and maintenance skills? We need you to support key clients across commercial and public sector sites in Swindon / Reading and surrounding regions.
Description of contract/programme of works:

Service and maintenance of:
- Fire alarms (addressable and conventional) – essential
- CCTV systems – IP & Analogue (beneficial)
- Intruder alarms – Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic (beneficial)
- Access Control – Paxton, PAC Net2 (beneficial)
- Covering commercial premises including Councils, Vodafone, NHS, and Co-Ops.
- Completing a set number of PPMs and reactive calls daily.
- Using CASH app via Android device for reporting and documentation.
Experience required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in fire and security service and maintenance.
- Proven competence across fire alarms, with additional security experience beneficial.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- BS7858 vetting to be started – Essential
- Hand tools – Essential
- Drill – Essential
- Steps and ladders – Essential
- PPE – Essential
- Laptop – Essential
- Fire test equipment – Essential
- Android phone or tablet (for CASH app) – Essential
