Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Swansea
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you looking for a Fire and Security Service Engineer position in Swansea? As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for reactive maintenance and repairs on Fire Alarm systems, Electronic Security, and Warden Call systems across South Wales, mainly within residential and care homes.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Service and maintain Fire Alarm systems, electronic security, and Warden Call systems.
- Perform PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on addressable and conventional systems.
- Work across residential and care homes in South Wales, primarily Swansea.
Experience required:
- Must be a competent Fire Alarm Service and Maintenance Engineer.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- Hand tools for installation and repairs.
- DBS essential.
- Test metres for system testing.
- Smoke Poles for safety checks.
- Battery Testers for system diagnostics.
- Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Steps and Ladders for high installations and access.
- Android phone for job management.
