Role: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: South Wales
Salary: £31,000 - £36,000 per annum + On-call rates + Company vehicle
Technical Resources are recruiting for a Fire and Security Service Engineer in South Wales. As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you will be expected to deliver planned preventative maintenance and reactive call-out services to a wide range of clients. You will be part of a dedicated team supporting the full lifecycle of our contracts, including participation in a 24/7 on-call rota to provide emergency services.
Responsibilities:
- Planned and reactive maintenance of addressable and conventional fire alarm systems
- Servicing and maintenance of CCTV, intruder, and access control systems
- Emergency lighting servicing
- Maintenance of remote signalling systems (Redcare & Dualcom)
- Ensuring compliance with relevant British Standards
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven technical background in fire and security systems
- Experience with addressable and conventional fire alarms, CCTV, intruder, and access control systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to pass full NPPV2 security vetting
