Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: South London
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you an experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer based in South London or Kent? You will be expected to carry out routine servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, and small works across CCTV, intruder, and access control systems. You will be working for a respected contractor delivering security system support across commercial environments.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Routine service and maintenance of electronic security systems
- Fault-finding, remedials, and small works projects
- Asset quoting as required
- Working on CCTV (Hikvision, Dahua), Intruder (Orisec, Galaxy), and Access Control (Paxton)
Experience required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the electronic security industry
- Proven experience servicing CCTV, intruder, and access control systems
- Strong background in diagnostics, remedials, and quoting for small works
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- DBS (essential)
- ECS/CSCS Card (beneficial)
- Hand tools and power tools
- Battery testers, steps, and ladders
