Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: South London
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you a Fire and Security Engineer with strong service and maintenance experience? This role will see you working across commercial contracts including councils, NHS, Vodafone and Co-Op, carrying out planned maintenance, remedials, and fault finding on fire, CCTV, access control, and intruder systems.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Service and maintenance across Fire, CCTV, Access, and Intruder systems.
- Fire alarms: Addressable and conventional (essential).
- CCTV: IP & analogue (beneficial).
- Intruder alarms: Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic (beneficial).
- Access control: Paxton, PAC Net2 (beneficial).
- Covering multiple sites across South London and surrounding areas.
Experience required:

Minimum 5 years’ Fire & Security service and maintenance experience.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- BS7858 vetting – Must have started
- Hand tools – Essential
- Power tools – Essential
- Fire test equipment – Essential
- Steps and ladders – Essential
- Full PPE – Essential
- Laptop – Essential
- Android phone/tablet for CASH app – Essential
