Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Somerset
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you a Fire and Security Service Engineer based in Somerset? We’re recruiting for a skilled professional to support ongoing fire alarm upgrade works across schools in the region, including remedials and the installation of new detectors.
Description of contract/programme of works:
Carrying out routine fire alarm remedial works
Adding and upgrading fire detectors
Supporting ongoing upgrade projects on school sites
Working across multiple sites in Somerset
Experience required:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong background in fire alarm systems and remedial works
- Experience working on education or public sector sites is beneficial
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- DBS (Essential)
- Hand tools, power tools, multi-meters
- Steps and ladders
