Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Sheffield
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you a skilled Fire and Security Service Engineer looking for work across the Sheffield region? You will work on various systems, including CCTV (IP/Analogue systems), Intruder Alarms, Access Control, and Fire Alarms. The role requires completing a minimum of 5 PPMs per day and providing excellent service to the end customer.
Description of contract/programme of works:

Service and maintenance of:
CCTV systems (IP/Analogue) - Intruder systems (Galaxy, Texacom, Scantronic)
- Access Control systems (Paxton, Pac Net2)
- Fire alarms (addressable and conventional)
- Minimum of 5 PPMs per day
- Carry out necessary repairs and small works for end customers
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and system functionality
Experience required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in service and maintenance within the fire and security industry
- Strong background in CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire alarms
- Technical Resources will also consider Security-only engineers as a secondary option
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- BS7858 vetting (essential)
- No specific qualifications required, but experience is key
- Fire testing kit (beneficial)
- Android phone or Android tablet to download the CASH app (essential)
- Hand tools
- Drill
- Steps and ladders
- Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Laptop for system management and reporting
